Brains.

Don't get me wrong: I mean, I'll eat small intestine if there isn't any brain left. I've been known to snack on an eyeball, or a stomach, or even an appendix (it's the jalapeño pepper of internal organs!). But if I had my druthers, I'd really prefer to get me a heapin' helpin' of brains.
