I've discovered a number of sauces that go exceptionally well with brains. Bernaise Sauce, as long as the tarragon is extra fresh. Thai Peanut Sauce, when you're looking for that spicy curry kick from the Far East. Pico De Gallo can make or break a South of the Border brain dish. And of course, in a pinch, fecal matter squeezed from the lower intestine (serve at room temperature; serves 4 zombies).
